I know he has both wrists tattood (sidenote: omg so hot thank you DB), but I am at a loss to explain the. . . moving? All I know is I was watching an episode of Angel the other day, the one where Sahjann interacts directly with Angel for the first time, and I caught a little peek of his right tattoo and flailed muchly.
