Buffy is very forgiving, though Selfless indicates she hasn't forgotten. One wonders how Willow assessed things - thinking that Buffy knew what might happen, that Willow had warned her, but still ran away...
And while I'm sure Xander has given thought about what this shows him of his relationship with Buffy (and then buried it in the back of his mind) he's never put in a second thought about speaking for Willow. Doing that Soul Spell is something he'd have never let Willow do were he positioned to deny her.
